Glenn Harvey-McKean is a senior associate in the firm's litigation practice group. He is an advocacy specialist who has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, commercial insurance disputes, professional negligence, product liability, major tort litigation, mediations and arbitrations.

Prior to joining Mello Jones & Martin in 2009, Mr. Harvey-McKean was a Non-Equity Partner at Adair Morse LLP in Toronto, Canada. He regularly appeared before the Courts of Ontario (Canada) at every level and has extensive mediation/arbitration experience in overseas jurisdictions.

Mr. Harvey-McKean is a member of the Advocate's Society, Bermuda Bar Association, Canadian Bar Association, Defense Research Institute and the Medico-Legal Society.
