The law firm, Mello Jones & Martin, operates as a true partnership with 20 attorneys and total staff complement of 60 people. Management of the firm is delegated to a Practice Director who is supported by a management team including a Financial Controller, a Human Resources Manager and an Information Services Manager.

The firm has an associated group of service companies that provide ancillary and management services for clients. The Quorum Group provides incorporation and all corporate administrative services for international and local clients. Fiduciary Partners Trust Company Ltd. (FPTCL) is licensed to conduct trust business by the Bermuda Monetary Authority and provides trusteeship and trust administration services to the firm's international and local clients. Both the Quorum Group and FPTCL have managers who oversee delivery of client service.

Mello Jones & Martin uses leading edge technology for the delivery of service thereby making the highest and best use of our intellectual capital and providing effective services as efficiently as possible for our clients. We operate an integrated file, email and document management system designed especially for the legal services industry. We use Autonomy’s FileSite DMS and Infoware’s document templating tools integrated with an up to date emailing system.
